About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Leisure/Spa General Assistant to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the pool, gym, and changing areas are clean and tidy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcome to guests and build rapport with members or residents
  • Ensure the pool, gym, and changing areas are clean and tidy
  • Replenish towels and support the Spa Therapists with the preparation and cleaning of the treatment rooms
  • Support the hotel team in maintaining a safe and secure environment
