Leisure Assistant

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Leisure/Spa General Assistant. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure and spa facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool area, gym, and changing rooms.
- Support the Spa Therapists with the preparation and cleaning of treatment rooms.
- Ensure towels are replenished and guests adhere to session timings.
- Assist with various tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the leisure and spa facilities.
- Fantastic interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and a common sense approach.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable, but not essential.
- Full training will be provided to enable you to feel confident in your role.
- Enhanced annual leave entitlement, rising to 33 days with service.
