Job Overview:
Maxwell Bond is a leading provider of construction software solutions, and we are seeking a Construction Solutions Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Construction Solutions Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the construction sector.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will leverage their existing construction industry contacts to build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth. They will deliver compelling sales presentations and software demonstrations tailored to client needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the construction sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging your industry network.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations and software demonstrations tailored to client needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, with a focus on high-value contracts.

About You:
We are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record of generating new business and consistently achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client needs and market challenges and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
