Job Description/Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a related Contracts Manager role and will be responsible for managing projects from initial brief to sign off. Key responsibilities will include estimating for and overseeing the installation of various passive fire protection products, programming projects, and ensuring they are carried out to a high level of detail following all manufacturer guidelines. The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated, and have a hands-on approach to their work.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of passive fire protection products and services
  • Excellent project management skills
