We are partnering with a reputable not-for-profit organisation in East Coventry to appoint a Purchase Ledger Assistant on a 16-week contract.
This part-time position (20 hours per week) is due to start as soon as possible. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:- Inputting invoices, expenses claims, and credit notes into the purchase ledger
- Maintaining purchase order processing in line with budget
- Verifying invoices and expenses claims to ensure goods have correct purchase orders
- Resolving purchase order and payment queries
- Preparing BACS payment runs
- Reconciling the purchase ledger control account
- Adding new suppliers to the system
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the full purchase ledger process
- Strong working experience of Excel
- Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders
- Capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
