London Infrastructure Branch Manager

Stannah, a leading manufacturer and engineering company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our operations in the London Infrastructure Branch.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of safety and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage and control branch finances, including budgeting and forecasting
- Oversee the provision of comprehensive planned preventative maintenance, repair, and modernisation services for lifts and escalators
Requirements:
- Proven track record in service management within a comparable industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial acumen and ability to manage B2B relationships
- Relevant business or management qualification
