We are seeking a skilled and experienced Complex Neurobehaviour Consultant to join our team at Exemplar Health Care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies for acquired brain injury with neurobehaviours, commissioning a pilot unit and creating a blueprint for other services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality care plans for individuals with acquired brain injury and complex neurological conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, commissioners, and provide specialist neuropsychological services.
  • Conduct direct and indirect specialist psychological interventions.
  • Monitor and maintain clinical effectiveness by tracking outcome measures and supporting lessons learned.
  • Train staff in supporting individuals with complex presentations.

About You

  • You hold professional registration as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HPC.
  • You are committed to delivering exceptional care and support for the individuals we serve.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have a pragmatic approach, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • You are able to work collaboratively and have flexibility to travel.
