Neuropsychology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Neuropsychology Specialist to join our team at Exemplar Health Care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies for acquired brain injury with neurobehaviours, commissioning a pilot unit and developing a blueprint for other services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest standards of care for individuals with acquired brain injury and complex neurological conditions.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, commissioners, and provide specialist neuropsychological services.
• Undertake high-quality direct and indirect specialist psychological interventions.
• Monitor clinical effectiveness using outcome measures and support lessons learned.
• Train staff to a high standard in supporting individuals with complex presentations.

About You

• You hold professional registration as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HPC.
• You have a strong focus on the care and well-being of the individuals we support.
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You have a pragmatic approach, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• You are able to work collaboratively and have flexibility to travel.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Based on the location and requirements of the role, this is an estimated salary range.
