We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our Children's Residential Care home in Romford, Greater London. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care is delivered to our service users, while managing your team to achieve the Quality Standards, Children's Homes' Regulations, and the Ofsted Inspection Framework.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure effective recording and reporting within regulation guidelines
- Manage a team to deliver high-quality care and achieve regulatory standards
- Focus on safeguarding children under your care
- Promote Trauma-Informed, effective, safe, and holistic practices
- Minimum QCF Level 5 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent
- Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle
- Flexibility to work varied hours to ensure the home is compliant with staffing
- Comfortable with managing behaviours that challenge
