As a Business Development Representative, you will be the face of AG Barr in the field, building relationships with retailers and driving sales growth through effective in-store execution and brand activation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive distribution of AG Barr core brands in Impulse outlets
- Maximize visibility of AG Barr brands through Point of Sale (POS) placement
- Support the distribution of key energy and 500ml packs
- Deliver sales KPIs, including market share growth and scorecard improvement
- Build relationships with retailers and drive sales growth through effective in-store execution and brand activation
Requirements:
- Full driving license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
- Good standard of presentation skills
- Ability to communicate internally using account performance data
