As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising the warehouse and stock team, ensuring the efficient and effective management of inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Manage operational procedures, including incoming and outgoing shipments, stock organization, and warehouse inventory management
  • Plan daily schedules and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of job assignments
  • Conduct daily checks of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to identify discrepancies and missing stock
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date housekeeping and checklist records
  • Communicate effectively with staff, office, and bay teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Investigate accidents and incidents in accordance with company procedures
  • Assist with resolving employee concerns and maintain open lines of communication
  • Conduct regular staff appraisals and performance evaluations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar warehouse management or supervisory role
  • Proven ability to work with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
