About the Role- You will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the warehouse, including the management of stock, inventory, and shipments.
- With your excellent communication skills, you will work closely with team members to ensure clear instructions and effective collaboration.
- Your expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be invaluable in maintaining accurate records and optimizing processes.
- In this hands-on role, you will participate in daily warehouse activities, supporting the team to achieve their goals and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse management or supervisory position is essential.
- A strong understanding of WMS and its applications in a fast-paced warehouse environment is required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality results while maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
- A competitive salary of £14.47 per hour, paid weekly, plus a £34.40 per week shift allowance.
- 5.6 weeks' annual holiday, with opportunities to earn additional holidays each year up to an extra week after 5 years.

- Overtime paid at time and a half after 39 hours.
