Cosine Group is seeking experienced individuals to join our field team as Mystery Shoppers for Allwyn, National Lottery.

As a Mystery Shopper, you will work with a Young Adult to visit various retailers, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and other vendors selling National Lottery products.

Your objective will be to verify whether retailers are requesting ID from Young Adults when purchasing age-restricted products.

You will work as part of a team of two, ensuring that proper ID checks are being conducted.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Confidently interacting with retailers and customers.
  • Effective journey planning to efficiently complete store visits.
  • Reliable and committed to meeting visit targets.
  • Organized to plan your team's day, including collecting and returning the YA to an agreed location.
  • Access to a smart device to enter results via the App in store.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of twenty-four store visits per day, worked between 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday.
  • Three full days availability per week for the next 4 weeks.
  • Training will be completed Face to face or Teams with the Allwyn Account Team.

We offer a competitive daily rate of £99.54 (including holiday pay) plus bonus and business mileage.
