Physical Security Incident Response Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated Physical Security Incident Response Analyst to join our Amazon team. As a key member of the AWS Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC), you will be responsible for conducting physical security operations in Amazon Web Services (AWS) spaces.

The successful candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment of customer service, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate good judgment while multi-tasking. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continually identifying ways to improve and raise the bar for security.

In this role, you will employ physical security strategies and procedures in accordance with service level agreements concerning AWS security processes. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  1. Physical access control administration
  2. Monitoring physical access control systems
  3. Monitoring a contracted guard force
  4. Report writing
  5. Intelligence gathering
  6. Distributing program-wide notifications when necessary
  7. Managing internal and external communications
  8. Triage trouble tickets
  9. Handling incoming queries
  10. Providing technical support to internal stakeholders
