Job Title: Education Support Specialist - Psychology Graduate

- The successful candidate will work closely with our students to support their emotional and academic development.
This role requires collaboration with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in developing essential skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and time management.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to design and deliver engaging lessons that promote student engagement and motivation.
- Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment that fosters a sense of community among students and staff.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
- Have an enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process a new application.
- Provide two professional references related to childcare or educational work.
- Be willing to undertake safeguarding training (if not already held).
Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A long-term temporary contract with a full-time schedule of 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
- The opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive primary school environment.
Salary Details: The estimated salary for this role is £26,500 per annum, based on national averages for similar positions in Liverpool.
