The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Managed Service Provision team, you will be responsible for acquiring, retaining, and nurturing relationships with educators to support our clients' recruitment needs.

  • You will utilise Boolean search techniques to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Review CVs and actively seek out new educators through headhunting, database searches, networking, advertising, and job boards.
  • Proactively identify educator shortages and implement effective recruitment and marketing plans to increase coverage of assigned clients.
  • Screen and assess educators to match them to suitable roles.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of educator interactions and job descriptions.
  • Ensure that our educator journey is as efficient as possible through your interactions and the vendor management system.
  • Collaborate with the account team to understand client needs and organisational culture.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and market developments to enhance recruitment strategies.
