We are seeking an experienced Hydrogen-3 Advanced Technology Expert to join our team at Rullion. As a key member of the H3AT department, you will be responsible for leading the development of tritium capabilities for fusion energy research and development.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of tritium capabilities, including commercial activities, tritium technology R&D, and fuel cycle research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with tritium systems.
Requirements
  • PhD-level materials scientist or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
