Telecoms Engineer - Self Employed

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Telecoms Engineer to join our team on a self-employed basis. As a Telecoms Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining broadband, TV services, and resolving faults in customer premises on behalf of our clients, including Talk Talk and BT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain broadband, TV services, and resolve faults in customer premises
  • Work on a long-term self-employed basis
  • Undertake shifts on a rotational basis with the option of flexible working
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Have a full UK driver's license with no more than 6 points and have held this for at least two years
Requirements:
  • Interest in IT, broadband, telephony, and digital TV technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
