Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office
  • Co-ordinate between departments and ensure that office is operating smoothly
  • Manage the business insurance calendar, ensuring renewals are managed appropriately
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Liaise with third party providers and Directors to ensure that business needs are served at all times
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail
  • Develop office policies and procedures as required by the Directors and implement as required
  • Manage the meeting room schedule and ensure resources are provided for meetings
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements
  • Provide support for team/company events, including researching venues and presenting options
  • Support travel arrangements and booking for staff social events
