Support and Coordination Professional

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office
- Co-ordinate between departments and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Manage the business insurance calendar, ensuring renewals are managed appropriately
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Liaise with third party providers and Directors to ensure that business needs are served at all times
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail
- Develop office policies and procedures as required by the Directors and implement as required
- Manage the meeting room schedule and ensure resources are provided for meetings
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements
- Provide support for team/company events, including researching venues and presenting options
- Support travel arrangements and booking for staff social events
