Children's Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team and provide care and support to a young client with complex needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities• Provide personal care and support to the client, including assistance with daily living tasks and mobility.
• Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with the client, their family, and other stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements• No prior experience in social care is required, but a willingness to learn and develop skills is essential.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
