Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our rapidly growing property management team. As an Electrical Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various electrical projects, ensuring their successful completion within established timelines and budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage electrical projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to fellow electricians and apprentices
  • Collaborate with the office manager, clients, and contractors to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, industry standards, and local electrical codes
  • Conduct electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects

Requirements:

  • NVQ3 Qualification within the Electrical Industry
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Ability to safely operate electrical tools and equipment
