We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically skilled Workforce Management Specialist to join our EU Capacity Planning team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely contact centre agent schedules across a large, complex multi-site, multi-channel estate.
The successful candidate will have excellent planning, time and project management skills, with the ability to deal with multiple demands on time and ambiguity. You will also have advanced analytical skills, with experience working on cross-departmental process-improvement initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely contact centre agent schedules
- Manage supply and demand variances
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders to ensure required metrics are achieved
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement
