About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Technical Graduate to join our growing Technical team in Haverhill. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Food Safety, Quality or Compliance management with a leading business that puts Food Safety at the forefront of its approach to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data analysis and production of KPI reports, trending and data insight
  2. Supporting the production of Customer Product and Quality Attribute Specifications
  3. Supporting the development of the QMS, HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices
  4. Lead investigative projects designed to improve the Food Safety and Quality performance across the Manufacturing site
  5. Working closely with the Technical Management team to validate our CCPs and PRPs
  6. Assist in developing improved controls across all of our Suppliers and Raw Materials
  7. Assisting in internal and external meeting preparation compiling minutes, corrective actions and owning areas aligned to your development and growth
  8. Assist in the maintenance of site documentation and product traceability
  9. Lead on appropriate projects to support Food Safety and Quality
Requirements
  1. An energetic and ambitious graduate
  2. Strong IT skills able to draft presentations and interpret data
  3. Excellent communication skills and a real team player
  4. Industrial placement experience ideally
  5. Have a keen interest in food
