KatKin is a leading business that prioritizes food safety and quality in its approach to manufacturing. We're seeking a motivated and dedicated Technical Graduate to join our growing Technical team in Haverhill.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct data analysis and produce KPI reports to identify trends and insights.
  2. Support the production of Customer Product and Quality Attribute Specifications.
  3. Contribute to the development of the Quality Management System (QMS), HACCP, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  4. Lead investigative projects to improve Food Safety and Quality performance across the Manufacturing site.
  5. Collaborate with the Technical Management team to validate Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Preventive Regulatory Points (PRPs).
  6. Assist in developing improved controls across all Suppliers and Raw Materials.
  7. Support internal and external meeting preparation, including minutes, corrective actions, and documentation.
  8. Maintain site documentation and product traceability.
  9. Lead projects to support Food Safety and Quality initiatives.
Requirements
  1. A recent graduate in Food, Science, or Agriculture with a passion for food manufacturing.
  2. Strong IT skills, including data interpretation and presentation creation.
  3. Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
  4. Industrial placement experience is a plus.
  5. A keen interest in food and its safety.
