Temporary HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are working in partnership with a leading manufacturing company in Telford to provide temporary HR support. As a temporary HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR services to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to discuss business strategies, HR challenges, and HR plans.
  • Work with management teams to ensure employees have the necessary skills and resources to achieve their objectives.
  • Analyze human resource metrics and compare results to key performance indicators.
  • Assist with planning for recruitment, training, restructuring, and succession, and help relevant staff implement these initiatives.
  • Coach line managers on ways to motivate their employees and lead more effectively.

This is a temporary opportunity, initially for 4-6 weeks, with the possibility of hybrid working once you are familiar with the system and processes. If you are a confident and experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge, please apply.
