In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the structural integrity of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide analytical guidance on structural and occupant injury simulation, working closely with Design, Certification, and Production teams.
- Develop and manage stress activities for specific programs, ensuring tasks are completed to requirements of time, cost, and quality.
- Assist in identifying certification test failure risk and develop strategies to mitigate it.
- Prepare, review, and approve hand calculations, linear static, non-linear, crash, multi-body dynamic, and optimisation FE models for seating products.
- Identify structural design issues and recommend improvements and alternate solutions.
- Support root cause analysis and provide expertise in continuous improvement of department processes, methods, and manuals.

- Working knowledge of regulations FAR/CS 25-561, EASA Part 21 J, ARP 5526, and Airframer specifications.
