Job Summary:

The Asset Planning Coordinator will play a crucial role in the Asset Planning and Data team at Torus Group. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage risks associated with land and buildings owned or managed by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the risk arising from the condition, configuration, and use of land and buildings owned or managed by Torus Group.
  • Assist in the development of investment plans to ensure the company's assets are utilized effectively.
  • Act as the primary link with stakeholders regarding the development and delivery of investment plans and the stock condition survey program.

Requirements:

  • Contribute to the transformation program and provide support and advice to the Systems Transformation team.
