Job Summary

The successful candidate will oversee inventory strategy across iconic Fashion and Core product lines, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong background in inventory management, preferably with experience in retail and fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement allocation strategies that maximize sales while balancing stock availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory plans align with company goals.
  • Lead seasonal hindsight reviews to guide future season planning, using data-driven insights to make informed recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Blue Yonder system, optimizing parameters like 'Weeks of Sales' and 'Presentation Minimums'.
  • Manage a team of Allocation Analysts, coaching them to deliver results while always looking for ways to optimize inventory and elevate the customer experience.
