  • Providing individualized care and support to our young people, including assistance with daily living tasks, emotional support, and guidance.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring that the needs of our young people are met.
  • Contributing to a safe and supportive living environment, promoting the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our young people.
  • Working collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure that our young people receive the best possible care and support.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working with children and young people, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • Knowledge of child development and the ability to provide individualized care and support.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude.
