About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing dignified support to our residents, who live with a range of age-related, physical, and mental health conditions. Your patience, understanding, and respect for our residents' individual abilities will be essential in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
  • Support residents to dine and maintain good nutrition and hydration
  • Encourage residents to mobilise safely and participate in social activities
  • Maintain accurate records and complete documentation
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to promote the health and wellbeing of our residents
What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who possess a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. While prior experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker is desirable, full training is provided.
