Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Senior Care Assistant to join our team in Louth. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centered care to our Residents, working closely with families and other health professionals to achieve the best outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care to Residents, including personal care, medication management, and emotional support.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for Residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Liaise with other health professionals and relatives to achieve the best outcomes for each Resident.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on each Resident, adhering to Health and Safety and CQC requirements.
