Site Engineer Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team at Aldwych Consulting. As a key member of our infrastructure project, you will be responsible for overseeing site-based works and ensuring seamless project execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects. A relevant degree or HND/HNC certificate in civils is preferred. Additionally, a current and relevant CSCS Card is required.
About the Role:- Lead and manage site-based works, including subcontract packages, to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Section Engineer and supervisors to identify and resolve any issues or clashes with other site works.
- Contribute to the project 4-week lookahead programme weekly to optimize construction workflows.
- A relevant degree or HND/HNC certificate in civils (or equivalent).
- A current and relevant CSCS Card.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
