About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team in Ilford. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of store standards, and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience
  • Maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising and stock management
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management to ensure a visually appealing store environment
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns

Requirements
