About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Support the store manager in maintaining a high level of store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and store profitability.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, enabling you to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
