We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care to residents at our purpose-built facility in Airdrie.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care in line with best practices, legal requirements, and company policies
- Collaborate with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team to develop person-centred care plans
- Respect the dignity, privacy, and preferences of residents, promoting their independence and choice
- Administer medication according to legal and regulatory standards
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of residents under your care
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a Support Worker or similar role
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Experience in person-centred care planning
- A passion for delivering outstanding care
