Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication according to legal and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a Support Worker or similar role
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Experience in person-centred care planning
  • A passion for delivering outstanding care
