ICU Senior Staff Nurse

We are seeking an experienced ICU Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at a luxury private hospital in London. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with expert clinicians to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2 and 3 care in accordance with established policies and protocols.
- Prioritize nursing care and recognize deterioration in patient condition, escalating to senior nursing team or clinicians as necessary.
- Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure well-coordinated care.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with healthcare team members.
