As a Graduate Management Trainee at Enterprise Holdings, you'll have the freedom to explore your potential and progress forward on your own career path. You'll be assigned to a branch office for hands-on business training, where you'll learn valuable skills from experienced mentors who were once in your shoes.
This allows everyone to understand our business from the ground up and appreciate their role in seeing it succeed. Our promote-from-within culture ensures a well-rounded training experience, teaching you management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service skills.
As you progress, more opportunities will become available. You can choose to continue your ascent within our Rental Operations managerial track or explore other exciting options within Enterprise, including Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and more.

You'll earn an estimated £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on location and performance. This salary reflects your role as a Graduate Management Trainee in Guildford/Woking, offering a competitive package for this position.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll make business decisions affecting your career and the bottom line. You'll develop new business, maintain relationships, and gain responsibility for cost control, reading your branch's P&L statement, and understanding profitable business practices.
You'll learn how to deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively, influence, and interact with various customers, vendors, and colleagues. You'll master proper sales techniques, problem-solving strategies, and conflict management, enabling you to market to local business partners and build solid, long-lasting relationships.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
- You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we make accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
- No drug or alcohol-related offence on your driving record within the last five years is permitted.
