Job Title: Senior Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team at Marketing Tip. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented marketing professional to drive business growth through the development and implementation of key accounts marketing strategies.

About the Role:
As a Senior Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Marketing in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to deliver lead generation and retention targets. You will work collaboratively with the wider marketing team and other functions to ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's overall strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement key accounts marketing strategies to deliver lead generation and retention targets.
• Conduct research on key accounts, target markets, and competitors to identify potential areas to invest in.
• Be a champion for the development of key accounts and provide support to the wider marketing team.
• Manage the assigned marketing budget, in line with organisational policy and procedures.
• Oversee the planning and evaluation of all marcomms targeting key accounts.
• Define marketing collateral requirements, managing production.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of attendance and speaking opportunities at external events.
• Supervise information gathering and the compilation of statistics pertinent to marketing plans.

Essential Criteria:
• Demonstrable experience developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating best-in-class through-the-line marketing strategies on multiple projects.
• Demonstrable experience of creative and entrepreneurial practice to achieve desired results.
