Audit & Compliance Manager role for a leading private care company in Sheffield.
We are seeking an experienced Lead to join our team and drive compliance, ensure best practices, and maintain high standards of care.

The ideal candidate will lead the Scheduling, Training, and Compliance teams, ensuring that all services meet industry regulations.
You will conduct audits, run workflow reports, analyse data to ensure compliance across all operations, collaborate with management to provide feedback, and present statistics and insights to ensure business meets compliance targets.
You will be responsible for presenting statistics and insights to ensure the business meets all compliance targets, including care plans, risk assessments, and safety standards.
About the Role:You will oversee the Scheduling and Training & Compliance teams, conducting audits, running workflow reports, and analysing data to ensure compliance across all operations.
Your role will focus on identifying areas of compliance and non-compliance, providing actionable feedback to improve processes throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the Scheduling and Training & Compliance teams.
- Conduct audits, run workflow reports, and analyse data to ensure compliance across all operations.
- Collaborate with management to provide feedback and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Presentation of statistics and insights to ensure the business meets all compliance targets.
- Driving best practice and continual improvement through learning from audits.
- Support the Registered Manager by highlighting compliance gaps and recommending solutions.
- Previous management experience in a similar role within the care sector.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management.
- Strong understanding of compliance, health & safety, and care regulations.
- Analytical and process-driven mindset, with experience in creating reports and audits.
- Experience in presenting findings and statistics to senior management.
- Proven ability to lead by example with a passion for care and compliance.
- Systems and data experience essential.
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
