Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores Operations Coordinator to join our team at TSG UK Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of parts in and out of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Accurately manage stock transactions, including receiving, storing, and shipping parts to customers and engineers.
- Stock Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
- Warehouse Operations: Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe, with a focus on maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Logistics and Shipping: Coordinate the shipping and receiving of parts, including preparing and processing shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and engineering, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Relevant experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in inventory management software a plus.
