About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cost Analyst to join our team at TP Group. As a Cost Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in the defence industry by providing detailed analysis and recommendations to inform key decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to support key decisions within project teams.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities within the defence industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and apply problem structuring methods and tools to support analysis and decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality analysis and solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think logically and critically.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in analysing project data (cost/risk/schedule).
  • Experience working in a client-facing role, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong business acumen, with a good understanding of the defence industry and its key players.
