Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Brown & Brown Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing ongoing relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Attend client visits and complete fact-finding documents to inform new business cases.
  • Prepare broking notes for new business cases and work with colleagues to update renewal notes.
  • Collaborate with the broking support team to develop broking strategies and assist in the process where needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of commercial insurance broking experience.
  • Ability to handle new business enquiries, renewals, and midterm adjustments of various insurance policies.
  • Good understanding of commercial insurance products, options, and markets.
  • Acturis insurance broking software knowledge is an advantage.
  • Possession of a full driving licence.
