We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marine Industry Administrator to join our team at WeRecruit Marine. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, manufacturers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Administration: Manage invoices, credit control, and debt collection.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book flights and accommodation for technicians, engineers, and managers.
  • Training and Development: Assist with training new staff on our Kerridge system and functionality.
  • Industry Expertise: Preference given to candidates with experience in the Marine industry, but transferable skills from the Motor Industry aftersales department are also welcome.
