Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience

Majestic Wine is seeking a dedicated and customer-centric driver to join our team for the busy Christmas period. As a Seasonal Wine Delivery Associate, you will be the face of Majestic to our delivery customers, ensuring excellent customer service and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of wine and spirits to customers.
  • Be an ambassador for Majestic, providing exceptional customer service and experience to every customer.
  • Ensure the van is maintained to a high standard, clean and all compliance checks are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Deliver wine and spirits to customers' homes, workplaces, or venues with a smile and a helpful attitude.
  • Clear communication with customers to book in deliveries and provide updates on delivery time slots.
  • Constantly find ways to be more efficient with driving time, understanding the cost impact on inefficient delivery runs.

Requirements:

  • Hold a full UK/EU/EEA manual driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Be able and comfortable with carrying up to 18kg weight (equivalent of 2 wine boxes).
  • Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to deliver exceptional customer experience and service to every single customer every time.
