Associate Director, Global Real-World Evidence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Global Real-World Evidence to join our team at GSK. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our medicines are supported by robust health outcomes data, driving business growth and improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement global real-world evidence strategies to support product launches and lifecycle management.
- Lead the development of core economic models for medicines preparing for launch/HTA reimbursement applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute data generation plans, ensuring high-quality evidence is generated to support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical and matrix stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving HTA methodologies and health system environments, applying innovative thinking to meet project and business objectives.
- Advanced degree in a relevant health discipline, such as health outcomes research, health economics, or economics.
- 5+ years of experience working in epidemiology, outcomes/health economics research, market access, and/or policy related to use of epidemiology, RWE, or health outcomes/economics for submission to regulatory agencies and/or HTAs.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, establishing cross-functional relationships and balancing priorities.
- Significant experience of independently led hands-on development of economic models within a consultancy environment, academia, or pharmaceutical company.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence global stakeholders and key opinion leaders.
