About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team at 360 Talent London. As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online sales growth, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies to increase sales and profitability of our Shopify-based e-commerce channel.
  • Own and manage the Shopify website platform to ensure performance, functionality, and usability are best in class.
  • Work closely with the founder and senior stakeholders to drive strategic customer acquisition and retention across SEO, PPC, social media, CRM, email, and affiliates.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and international head office to ensure the digital strategy aligns with local and international marketing plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working within similar fashion retail or online retailer environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and data fluency to interpret traffic and sales data.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, including Shopify.
