Job Title: Sales Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team at Southam Selections. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for converting leads into sales and working closely with our clients to understand their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on leads provided by online quotes and convert the sale
  • Identify new leads and overcome customer objections using open-ended questions
  • Deal with any objections from the customer
  • Work towards targets and KPIs
  • Fill in an online form to get an accurate quote
  • Follow up calls to the customer
  • Deal with existing customers when their insurance is due for renewal
  • Deal with general inbound calls
  • Work with our internal CRM to update customer details

Requirements:

  • You will be confident and able to manage heavy workloads
  • You will have the desire to work closely with your team and ensure company success
  • Strong team player
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Maintain good relationships with customers
  • Follow compliance guidelines
  • Able to achieve targets
