Job Title: Social Activity Manager

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.

Job Description:
As a Social Activity Manager at Loveday & Co (Uk) Ltd, you will be responsible for producing a monthly, weekly, and daily programme of wonderful activities and social events that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our members. You will work closely with staff and relatives to ensure that each member's social and recreational requirements are met, and that they feel valued and included in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
* Produce a monthly, weekly, and daily programme of activities and social events that cater to the diverse needs and interests of members.
* Liaise with staff and relatives regarding the care of members and activities that may be beneficial, enjoyable, and stimulating.
* Consult with members and their families to identify their social and recreational requirements, taking into account their likes, dislikes, abilities, and personal preferences.
* Develop and implement lifestyle care plans for each member within 2 weeks from admission and regularly review them.

Requirements:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality. You should have good physical stamina and mobility, be punctual, and have a positive work ethic.
