Job Title: Care Services Coordinator

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.

Job Description:
As a Care Services Coordinator at Loveday & Co (Uk) Ltd, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our members and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to consult with each member and their families to identify their social and recreational requirements, taking into account their likes, dislikes, abilities, and personal preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
* Consult with members and their families to identify their social and recreational requirements.
* Develop and implement lifestyle care plans for each member within 2 weeks from admission and regularly review them.
* Liaise with staff and relatives regarding the care of members and activities that may be beneficial, enjoyable, and stimulating.
* Produce a monthly, weekly, and daily programme of activities and social events and advertise them within the home.
* Liaise with relatives and staff regarding special individual requirements such as birthdays, anniversaries, cultural, and religious festivals and celebrations.

Requirements:
We are looking for a hardworking and quick-to-learn individual with excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality. You should have good physical stamina and mobility, be punctual, and have a positive work ethic.
