Job Summary
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practice.
- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company.
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies, controls, and processes to drive efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Partner with other departments to drive financial understanding and improvement.
- Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Strong experience in financial management within the property industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards in the property industry.
- Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
